Authorities ask for public's help in locating fugitive

TYLER, TX - Northeast Texas law enforcement officers are seeking the public's help in locating Kenneth Ray Willmon III. Willmon, 30, most recently fled from local authorities the morning of Sunday, Nov. 4. in Greenville.
Willmon has multiple active warrants issued by the Rains County Sheriff's Office for Possession of Prohibited Weapon, Evading Arrest or Detention and Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle. Willmon is also wanted by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for violating his parole.
Willmon was last seen in Greenville and Quinlin, both in Hunt County. He also has connections to Rains County.
