Women lose 103 inches in 'Rock Your Jeans Challenge'
TYLER, TX (KLTV) -
After eight long weeks, 36 women have completed the Rock Your Jeans Challenge.
The Rock Your Jeans Challenge is a competition that helps women drop two jean sizes in just eight weeks.
Just eight weeks ago, Jennifer Fraizer, spoke to us about the Rock Your Jeans Challenge she signed up for.
"Well I'm a 14 now, so I purchased a size 10," said Fraizer eight weeks ago.
Now Fraizer is strutting a new look and a new size.
"It's fabulous! I went from a 14 to a size 10," said Fraizer.
"You see them go through the process of losing weight, to self doubt and encouragement all the way to success, and that's just really rewarding at the end," said Reagan Harris, creator of Rock Your Jeans Challenge.
Overall 36 women lost a total of a 103 inches together as a group.
The Rock Your Jeans Challenge is a challenge that helps women lose two pant sizes in eight weeks. Through meal planning, exercises, fitness challenges and a little friendly competition.
"That's what I always say at the end it's amazing what women can do when we work together. You know, competition can be seen as a negative thing, but in this light it's so positive. It actually fuels us and motivates us to push forward and at the end, the reward is the celebration of success for all of us," said Harris.
"The satisfaction of putting on those jeans that you're looking at and saying there's just no way, it's just so worth it," says Fraizer.
