A Lufkin man is the first of eight co-defendants to plead guilty to his part in a federal meth conspiracy case.
Don Michael Campbell, 38, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to manufacture meth and one count of possession of listed chemicals.
Count One alleges Campbell and Harold David Neyland, 65, of Lufkin, utilized locations in and around Angelina County to cook meth. It also alleges they conspired with six others to purchase pseudeophedrine from various pharmacies from several different counties.
