In The Kitchen: El Torro's Fajita Wraps


1.Jalapeno Cheddar Tortilla
2.Fajita meat (outside skirt) Cooked Medium, diced (4oz.)
3.Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses (3 oz.)
4.Shredded Lettuce (2oz.)
5.Pico De Gallo (3 oz.)
6.Mexi-Ranch Dressing (2oz.)
7. Toastada chips w/queso


1 Spread cheeses over the entire surface of the tortilla and place in microwave or oven.
2.Spread diced fajita beef or chicken over entire surface (leave 1" around edge of tortilla)
3. Add lettuce, evenly, with Pico De Gallo
4.Roll up, cut in half, on a "Bias" (slanted cut)
5.Serve with Tostada chips w/queso.
