The Pulmonary Services Department at Trinity Mother Frances in Tyler has a year's worth of bragging rights.
Their Cinderella-themed pumpkin won the grand prize at Friday night's annual pumpkin decorating contest.
Each department in the hospital created a pumpkin and people came to bid on them in a silent auction.
Employees went all out, even re-creating a hospital scene out of pumpkins.
Organizers say the creativity and effort put into the pumpkins is seemingly endless.
"We have some very creative people here at Trinity Mother Frances and we are really excited about it. We ever know from year to year what we are going to see, so it is something we look forward to," said Carolyn Abel, a human relations assistant at Trinity Mother Frances.
All of the proceeds from Friday's competition go to Children's Miracle Network, a non-profit organization that supports improved health care for young people around the world.
