Harrison County investigators have filed a fifth charge on a Physician's Assistant who worked in East Texas.

The most recent charge on Christopher Magill is regarding an alleged assault by physical contact.

Harrison County Investigators began looking into PA Christopher Magill after receiving multiple complaints from woman alleging inappropriate conduct.

The victims told authorities that during their exam, Magill would ask very personal questions that were unrelated to their medical complaints.

Each of the women told officials that Magill exposed himself in the exam room, after discussions with the patients on their personal lives.

One of the women stated Magill touched her breasts inappropriately during an exam for a completely unrelated illness.

The Harrison County Sheriff's Office has charged Magill with indecent exposure and assault.

Magill is no longer employed at the physician's office in Waskom, and his license was suspended in Texas on August 4, 2012 by the Texas board of Medical Examiners and also in Louisiana after allegations were made by female patients of clinics where he worked.

Magill was released on this misdemeanor charge on a $500.00 bond on September 24, 2012.
