New details in Smith Co. neighborhood plane crash

New details are emerging in a fatal plane crash that happened in a Smith County neighborhood.

51-year-old Stephen Annis of Huntsville was killed in the crash in the Treasure Cove community near Lake Palestine.

While the investigation remains ongoing, investigators now say that Annis' plane began to come apart before it hit the ground.
