Wake Village Police in early September as they investigated the Robinson case
WAKE VILLAGE, TX (KSLA) -
Wake Village Police say two women they interviewed are no longer persons of interest in the August 28 shooting death of a man in his home.
Troydricus Robinson, 29, was shot inside his home. Police say Robinson stumbled out of his house and sought help before collapsing in the streets.
Robinson was able to talk with authorities as medical personnel tried to save him. Before he died, Robinson allegedly told authorities that an unidentified man and woman were responsible for the shooting.
Earlier this month, police released a video they believe might help identify two women as persons of interest as well as the car in which they were riding.
"We have been able to determine they did meet our victim at approximately 6:30 to 7 p.m. prior to his homicide at 10:30," Sharp says.
Sharp says the women were in the area selling perfume and cologne and that Robinson spparently did business with them.
Now that police have found and interviewed the women, they say the women are no longer persons of interest.
Their investigation continues.
