ETX students drawing dream playground

MARSHALL, TX (KLTV) -

A major playground facelift for an historic East Texas grade school.

Kids at Robert E. Lee Elementary in Marshall were putting crayon to paper on Thursday, to design their dream playground.

And, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and Kaboom are going to make it a reality.

The school is the oldest school in Marshall, but the existing playground is nearly 30 years old and in dire need of replacement.
