OXFORD, OH (FOX19) -

Additional charges have been filed against a suspect who is accused of raping a Miami University student during a burglary.

Police believe Fransisco Jairo Naupa Rivera is responsible for entering five houses where Miami students reside.

Rivera was originally charged with burglary, aggravated burglary and rape after being found by police inside a residence where he allegedly raped a woman in her bedroom. He now faces additional charges of two counts of criminal trespass and one count each of burglary and attempted theft.

On Sept. 14, officers investigating a report of a burglary on Spring Street located the suspect vehicle, a white Chrysler, on E. Collins Street.
