TEXAS (KLTV) - A statewide search is on for a piece of potentially radioactive equipment that was lost by an oil and gas crew.
A 7-inch cylinder was being transferred from Pecos, Texas to Odessa. But when the truck arrived, the device was missing.
Health officials say while the device is not highly radioactive, it can cause a harmful dose of radiation for people who are exposed to it for a long time.
