Navy SEAL's Bin Laden book released today, and the Pentagon is not happy

(CNN) - A much-anticipated memoir of a Navy SEAL who helped kill Osama Bin Laden hits bookshelves today.

'No Easy Day' is causing quite a buzz. It was written by Navy SEAL Matt Bissonnette under the pen name, Mark Owen; however, his real identity was leaked.

The book has been number one on Amazon's best seller list for two weeks, but the Pentagon is not exactly happy about the release. The military's top lawyer says they are considering legal action.

We have very serious concerns that classified information is likely contained in this book.>

Pentagon Press Secretary George Little said, "When you have special operations units that perform these missions there are tactics, techniques and procedures, not to mention human life that are in play and it is the height of your responsibility not to have this kind of material checked for the possible disclosure of classified information."

Bissonnette's lawyer says he did not violate military secrecy agreements or disclose classified information.
