Car wash benefit for young East Texas girl fighting Leukemia

FRANKSTON, TX (KLTV) -

East Texans in Frankston got together at Austin Bank to throw a car wash benefit for 3-year old Becca Reagan, who has leukemia.

Becca was diagnosed with cancer in January of this year.

Right now, Becca and her family travel to Children's Hospital in Dallas for chemo treatment once a week.

"She goes once a week for chemo treatments. If she needs blood transfusions we have to drive to Dallas and anytime she's sick," says aunt Kara Herring.

Herring says the funds will help the family with the gas expenses since they make a trip to Dallas at least once a week.
