Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos
12 fresh green jalapeno peppers
2 packages cream cheese
1 lb. package lean bacon
Shrimp, chicken, cooked fajita meat, etc.
1.Preheat broiler oven to 350Â° F
2.Cut peppers in half (the long way), remove seeds.
3.Fill pepper halves with cream cheese and place any optional stuffing on top of cream cheese.
4.Wrap pepper and stuffing with bacon strip and secure with a toothpick.
5.Place on pan or cookie sheet and bake in oven until bacon is cooked.
6.Remove let cool 5 minutes. Enjoy.
