Another East Texan strikes it rich! What would you do?

Good afternoon, everyone! We hope you're having a great one.

Here's some of what we're working on for you today at KLTV:

An East Texas man is a million dollars richer after buying a winning million dollar lottery ticket. It's the second time someone has won a million dollars from scratch-off tickets this month.KLTV's Annette Falconer has the surveillance video of today's winner scratching off the ticket that has changed his life forever; she'll share that with you at 5.

We'll also update you from the area where two-year-old Jake Kimbley went missing yesterday afternoon, and, tragically, was found dead in a septic tank behind his family's home in Smith County. KLTV's Melanie Torre will share the latest information available at 5.

Also, Dr. Ed Dominguez will join us via Skype from Methodist Dallas Medical Center to answer more of your questions about West Nile; for example, Melva Merrill asked on "how do mosquitos get West Nile in the first place? Where is it coming from?" Make sure to join us for that.

If you drove down Erwin today near downtown Tyler, you may have experienced a little traffic. That's because the construction for the new Smith County jail is now underway. The new jail will be at the intersection of Erwin and Spring Avenue, and KLTV's Samantha Jordan will join us from there at 6.

And in Longview today, crews have been dealing with a gas leak that occurred while they were digging for power poles on Hollybrook and Eastman Road. We'll explain at 6.

And on the web, an ETX man has been found guilty of selling mortgaged cattle and keeping the proceeds for himself. Check it out here on one of our WhereYouLive pages.

We hope you'll join us at 5 and 6 for all this and all the other news of the day.

We'll see you then!
