Two men have been found guilty and sentenced for cocaine distribution through East Texas.
Dominican Republic national Serafin Areche, 44, faces 30 years in federal prison and a $2 million fine.
Hugo Quevedo, 41, faces 14 years in prison.
Prosecutors say Areche was involved in distributing almost one-eighth of a ton of cocaine from South America in a 3-month period. They say Areche had received more than $1 million for drugs.
Prosecutors say Areche was arrested last November, after an investigation, which began with a traffic stop in Panola County.
