Shrimp angel hair pasta
one half pound of peeled shrimp
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
one half teaspoon salt
one fourth teaspoon pepper
one half cup chicken stock
one half cup white zinfandel wine
1 chopped tomato
Place olive oil in a large saucepan. Add garlic and shrimp and saute about 2 minutes on medium heat. Add tomato, basil,salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute. Add wine and stock. Heat thoroughly. Serve on top of angel hair pasta; garnish with fresh parsley.
