An East Texas man, indicted in March for allegedly selling drugs and guns from his Longview restaurant, faces more charges.
Ziber "Billy" Kaba was arrested back in March after authorities raided his Little Italy restaurant on Highway 80 in Longview. At the time of the raid, authorities say they found methamphetamine and guns inside the restaurant.
Kaba was originally indicted on 13 counts. This new indictment includes an additional count and changes the penalties for the crimes. Kaba's trial is set for July 19th in federal court.
