Low calorie vanilla shake mix (Weight Watchers)
Egg Beaters 100% egg whites
Syrup made with Splenda
In a mixing bowl tale 1/3 cup of vanilla shake mix, or one packet of the Weight Waters Shake Mix and mix well with 1/2 cup of egg white egg beaters. Once blended smoothly cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Serve with low calorie or Splenda made syrup and enjoy. Each batch will produce about 3 small to medium pancakes with a total of 160 calories with 4 tablespoons of syrup. Now how easy was that!
