Beef Fajita Torta

Skirt Steak
Monterey Jack Cheese
Caramelized Onions
Jalepeno Cheese Bun
Salsa Verde

1.Place guacamole on the bottom half of the jalepeno cheese bun, then cover with Monterey jack cheese.
2.Take skirt steak and chop it up, place on top of guacamole and cheese.
3.Next sautee caramelized onions in sauce pan, after they brown place on top of the chopped skirt steak.
4.Finally place salsa Verde sauce over the chopped steak, and place other bun on top, and serve.
