Pico de Gallo


Sliced Mushrooms


Blacken Seasoning

Hot Sauce

Soak your catfish filets in hot sauce overnight the remove form sauce and sprinkle both sides of the fish with blackening seasoning. Over medium high heat sear the catfish on one side for about 3 minutes and turn the fish over. While this is occurring, in another skillet sauté your Pico de Gallo and Mushrooms with butter for about three to four minutes. Pour this mixture over the cooked side of the fish and cook the second side for three to four minutes.

Plate and enjoy!
