CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati City Council voted on Wednesday to take $4 million from the Atrium project and move it toward the effort to renovate Music Hall.

The City will also give an additional $6 million over the next three years. The move may break the stalemate between the city and the group who wants to take up the $165 million renovation project.
