LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Lufkin Police arrested a Diboll man accused of drawing a handgun in a verbal dispute at a buffet restaurant Sunday night.
According to the police report, Hollis A. Johnson, 55, drew a Taurus handgun at Golden Corral, located in the 2400 block of South First Street at 9:12 p.m.
Police arrested Johnson on charges of disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a firearm. He was released on a collective bond of $3,000.
Calls to police for details on the case were not immediately returned Sunday afternoon.
