Cooked the Tilapia in a small amount of butter, season it, until it begins to split and then flip it over. Place tomatoes in a small amount of butter and season them. Turn them after about one minute. Place rice in dish. Flip the Tilapia. Place the tomatoes on the rice and the Tilapia on top of the tomatoes and ENJOY!
