The Sports Zone High 5 Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breast
1 lb. All purpose flour
1 lt. Club soda
1 tbs. Seasoned salt
Buffalo hot sauce
Sliced red onion
Sliced tomato
Sliced iceberg lettuce
Mayonnaise
Method:
Make a batter mix with the flour, seasoned salt and club soda.
Batter the chicken breast with it.
Deep fry it.
Heat or toast your hamburger bun, add mayo, chicken, hot sauce, lettuce, tomato and onions.
