In The Kitchen:Teriyaki Chicken Salad

Teriyaki Chicken Salad

1 cup chicken
2 cups Napa cabbage
3 green leaf lettuce leafs
1 tomato, cut into wedges
5 black olives
3 oz.teriyaki dressing
1/2 cup mandarin wedges
rice noodles (for garnish)
1 tbsp. Sesame seeds or sliced toasted almonds
1/2 bottle teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp sesame seed oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 cup olive oil

1. For the dressing, mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a whisk, adding the oils at the end. The color should be medium brown and the flavor should be somewhat nutty.
2. Mix the chicken, Napa cabbage, mandarin wedges and the dressing a mixing bowl.
3. Set the green leaf lettuce on the plate and then salad mix as a mound in the middle with the tomato wedges around and the black olives next to the tomatoes as a garnish.
4. Enjoy.
