Recipe for Easter bird nest by Janie


Cadbury Mini Eggs, White Chocolate Chips, Coconut Oil, Chow Mein Noodles.


Melt 6 ounces of White Chocolate and 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil in the microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until chocolate is melted. Stir to combine ingredients.

Pour 6 ounces of chow Mein Noodles into a bowl.

Combine the melted white chocolate and chow mein noodles. Make sure the noodles are evenly coated in white chocolate.

Lightly grease your cupcake pan. Spoon noodles into the pan pushing noodles to the edge of the pan for a nest shape. Make a small indentation in the center of each nest.

Place your nest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to let the chocolate harden. Once the nest are firm, gently remove the nest from the cupcake pan.

Take a few Cadbury eggs and place them into the middle of the bird nest.

the bird nest can be placed on top of your own Janie's cake of cupcake.
