
Grant's Lemon Rosemary Seared Snapper
Fresh rosemary minced
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Garlic salt
Sea salt
Snapper fillet
Olive oil
Take your snapper fillets and cover both sides with olive oil. Then take your fresh rosemary and thinly slice or mice and sprinkle over your snapper on both sides. Then sprinkle about a half teaspoon of both garlic and sea salt. Place the snapper fillet in a skillet over medium high heat. Once in the skillet take a lemon, slice it in half, and squeeze juice over the fillet. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until done, depending on the thickness.
