Strong earthquake hits northern Japan, tsunami advisory issued

Another mild start to the day today will again lead to above average temperatures today. We are expected to top out in the upper 70s to lower 80s, with partly to mostly cloudy skies. There is still the slim chance for a few spotty showers to develop, but most of us, if not all of us will be dry. Overnight, skies will remain partly to mostly cloudy. Lows will drop into the middle 60s. The next few days feature a chance for a few spotty showers, but the chances get a little bit better as we head towards the weekend.
