TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

On Monday, a jury found an East Texas man guilty of recklessly causing serious bodily injury to his own daughter.

After more than three hours of deliberation, the jury found Saul Lino-Porcayo guilty of fracturing his infant daughter's skull.

Lino-Porcayo is in court this morning awaiting sentencing. KLTV's Jena Johnson is in the courtroom. Any developments will be posted immediately.

Porcayo was indicted in March for allegedly beating his two-month-old daughter in December 2010.

Authorities say Porcayo told them he hit the child out of frustration while he was intoxicated.

He's charged with injury to a child with intent of serious bodily injury.
