'Laissez Les Bons Temps Roulet' with the 'krew' of Highland Pines

LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) -

Seniors at Highland Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Longview celebrated Mardi Gras on Tuesday.

Seniors from the community, residents, staff, and family members all came together for Mardi Gras.

Festivities included a parade, music, dancing, lots of beads and of coarse the traditional Mardi Gras king cake was served.

Gregg County Sheriff Maxey Cerliano led the "krew" of Highland Pines into the events.
