Tyler Police and firefighters responded to a wreck involving 3 vehicles at Troup Highway and Loop 323.

Police say that a man driving a four dour car suffered a diabetic attack and hit a pickup truck in front of him at a red light.

That truck then hit a Chevy Malibu in front of it.

The driver of the four door car was taken to a Tyler hospital, but he is not believed to be seriously injured. No other injuries were reported.
