SUV hits telephone pole, fence along Old Jacksonville Hwy

UPDATE: According to Tyler police, one person has been transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

A black  pick-up traveling along Old Jacksonville Highway near the Chilton intersection ran off the roadway, hitting a telephone pole and the fence of a home along the street.

Oncor electric is on the scene, and Tyler police have blocked off a section of the roadway around the telephone pole. Police ask that drivers avoid the area.
