TYLER, TX (KLTV) -
UPDATE: The fire was reported by two residents in one of the apartments; they smelled smoke, and it seemed to be coming from a closet.
The residents of the apartment tried to quench the fire themselves, but called the fire department when they realized they could not contain it themselves.
UPDATE: The fire has been extinguished; the fire was limited to one apartment and no injuries were reported.
Tyler fire crews have responded to a report of a fire at the Woodlands Apartment Complex.
That complex is located in the 400 block of Old Grande Road in Tyler.
