Beware, a new phone scam is draining victims bank accounts according to the Better Business Bureau. The Las Vegas-based company works under such names as UTalk Unlimited,, Carenetco, or Continuity Partners Incorporated (CPI).  They ask for consumer's bank or credit card information for a seven day trial membership costing $1.95. As an added incentive, the consumer is to receive gasoline vouchers, or payment of the consumer's monthly cable bill.
