A major Longview road is temporarily closed after a back-hoe falls off a trailer.
The back-hoe fell off a flatbed trailer being towed by a dump truck traveling too fast as it turned onto Spring Hill Road from Spur 63.
Hazmat is on the scene cleaning up a small amount of diesel fuel that leaked from the backhoe.
Spring Hill Road is blocked while crews work to upright and move the backhoe out of the main lanes and clean up the spill.
The estimated time of clean up is about 30 minutes.
The driver was given multiple citations, one of which was failure to control speed.
No injuries were reported.
