LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) -

A sportsman's paradise is going on this weekend in Longview with an annual show.

The 30th annual East Texas Outdoor Expo, formerly known as the Boat & RV show, began Friday at the Maude Cobb Activity Center.

The show features the latest in fishing boats, RV's and campers, as well as outdoor displays.

And lots of family fun with a bird exhibit, camels, kids catching catfish, fly rod demonstrations and more.

Event Executive Director Mitzi Barnes says, "You should absolutely not miss coming to this show because these are a lot of the great deals being offered here with boats and RV's and all the exciting new events for the kids."

The outdoor expo runs through Sunday until 5 p.m.
Adult tickets are $6 and kids ages 6 to 12 are only $2. Children 5 and under are free.
