Grant's Chicken Fried Steak
Round Eye Steak
Take your Steak and pound out with a meat tenderizer until about ¼" think. In a bowl mix four eggs and 2 cups of milk. In another bowl place 2 cups flour with 1 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper along with one teaspoon of black pepper and salt. Then sprinkle salt and pepper over the steaks and place in the flour mixture. Then dip in the egg milk mixture. Finally dip the steak again in the flour mixture. Once complete place you steak in a deep fryer at 375 degrees for about 5 minutes. Plate and cover with country gravy.
