Egg Whites, from fresh eggs or pasteurized, 4 ounces
Two slices of turkey bacon, sliced into half inch pieces
Two pieces of turkey sausage, diced into half inch pieces
Your choice of cheese
One thick slice of your favorite size or type of tomato
Take your turkey bacon and turkey sausage and cook in non stick skillet until well done. Allow the grease from the protein to stay in your pan. This is Flavor. After thoroughly cooking your sausage and bacon, add the 4 ounces of egg whites. While it is cooking, tilt your pan to allow excess liquid to flow underneath the omelet. When almost all of the egg white is done, flip omelette in pan or turn over with a large plastic spatula. Place cheese onto open omelette then tilt pan and fold onto your plate and place your slice of tomato, cooked or uncooked, on top of your omelette.
