Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

1 30-ounce package frozen hash browns
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 cups milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 8 ounce package shredded Monterrey
Jack cheese with peppers
Mix has browns, onion and
garlic. Pour into greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Stir together milk,
soup, broth, butter, salt and pepper. Pour over hash brown mixture.
Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Orange juice
Pineapple juice
Sprite
Use equal parts of each of the three
ingredients and mix.
