These East Texas high school athletes officially signed their letters of intent on Wednesday to play football.

    Around 4:15 p.m. PDT, the Cowboys arrived at the Ventura County Naval Base in Pt. Mugu. And every player was dressed in a suit and tie, a pretty business like approach already being sent from Head Coach Jason Garrett. Before taking buses to the training camp headquarters in Oxnard, the players and Coach Garrett took time to sign autographs for the military and their families.     During Big 12 Media Days Tom Herman said that Texas would need Nacogdoches native Josh Thompson to play for the Longhorns as a freshman, in order to help the team be successful in year one under Coach Herman. But Thompson isn't the only freshman with high expectations.
