The UIL has released its realignment for the 2004-2005 football seasons.

District 12-5A - Longview, Mesquite, Mesquite Horn, North Mesquite, Rockwall, John Tyler, Tyler Lee

District 14-5A - Conroe, Conroe Oak Ridge, The Woodlands, Huntsville, Klein, Klein Collins, Klein Forest, Lufkin

District 17-4A - Hallsville, Henderson, Jacksonville, Kilgore, Pine Tree, Marshall, Nacogdoches, Whitehouse

District 11-3A - Commerce, Emory Rains, Mount Vernon, Quinlan Ford, Winnsboro

District 12-3A - Crandall, Eustace, Kaufman, Kemp, Wills Point
