Update: Police identify woman found in pool of blood in SW Tyler

Update: Tyler Police say that at approximately 5:20pm, officers responded to a welfare concern call at 5055 Hogan in Tyler. 

Upon arrival, officers found 30-year-old Cara Strickland lying near the rear of her vehicle inside her closed garage. It was determined that Strickland had fallen and struck her face on the concrete floor, causing her injuries.  She was transported by EMS to ETMC. No foul play is suspected at this time.

 


 

 

TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Tyler police are on the scene of a residence at 4055 Hogan Drive, #207 (The Cascades).

Police tell us they were called to the location after EMS crews found a woman lying in a pool of blood.

It is not known why first responders were initially called to the scene.

KLTV 7 has a crew working to get the latest details and will bring you any updates as soon we get them.
