TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Tonight three suspects remain jailed charged with felony robbery. In addition, 23-year-old Patrick Warthsaw and 26-year-old Bobby Green are facing a charge of engaging in organized criminal activity.

We obtained the arrest affidavit, which says the horrific beating actually started at 23-year-old Brittany Gilpin's house.

The affidavit says that early Sunday morning, 28-year-old Roberto Lara-Barroso arrived at the house, and that's when Gilpin says Green and Warthsaw immediately started hitting him and demanding money.

Police say the suspects then put Barroso in the back of his jeep and drove it to King Car Wash, where the assault continued.

According to the affidavit, Warthsaw and Green beat Barroso several times with a metal pole and then sprayed him with a pressure washer.

They reportedly stole Barroso's wallet and about a hundred dollars before driving off in his jeep and leaving him there.

Barroso was taken to a Tyler hospital with massive contusions on his head, blood on his brain and several cuts.

Now, during the investigation, police found blood on the walls, floor and furniture of Brittany Gilpin's home, which they say Gilpin admitted to trying to clean up.
