LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) - Longview officers took four suspects into custody after responding to a narcotics call.
Shortly before 3:00, Monday, Longview police were dispatched to 1205 Oden Street in reference to narcotics call. A female reported that two people tried to sell her illegal drugs.
As officers arrived on the scene, two subjects ran inside the residence and shut the door.
Officers knocked on the door for a few minutes before the two subjects opened the door. Both subjects claimed to be the only ones at the residence, but a check inside the home turned up two other subjects; one hiding in a closet and the other subject having locked himself in the bathroom.
The homeowner gave officers consent to search the residence.
During the search officers located 63.9 grams of powder cocaine, 13.2 grams of Ecstasy, 101.2 grams of Xanax, 233 grams of Hydrocodone, and 18.4 ounces of Marijuana.
All of the drugs were located in readily accessible areas of the residence so that everyone inside had immediate access to them.
Sharika Hicks, 29, Tyrell Allen, 20, Isaac Venters, 30, and William Smith, 32, all of Longview were placed under arrest and transported to the Gregg County Sheriff's Office.
Bonds totaling $220,000 were set for each suspect. $10,000 for possession of Marijuana and $50,000 for each count of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance.
