A Livingston man died Thursday night after hitting a tree on FM 1276 in Polk County.
William Arthur Dillon, 31, died at 11:50 p.m. at the scene.
According to the DPS report, Dillon was driving a 2008 Toyota pickup northbound on FM 1276, 1.2 miles north of FM 943, at 11:17 p.m., when he left the road and struck the tree.
He was not wearing a seatbelt.
