LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) - A feud leads to a chemical bomb being detonated in a backyard in Longview.

According to an arrest affidavit, officers responded to 1905 Wimberly Drive on Monday night for a report of a chemical bomb that had been detonated at a residence.

The owner of the home showed officers the remnants of two bombs in his backyard. The bombs appeared to have been constructed of a plastic bottle, tin foil, and an unknown liquid.

The victim told officers he believed the suspect to be Benjamin Hilton because of an ongoing feud between the two.

Officers then proceeded to go to Hilton's apartment to question him about the incident. During the investigation, Celeste Tebow told officers she and Hilton constructed and planted the devices in the backyard with the intent to cause such a loud report as to cause undue public alarm or terror.

She also gave consent to officers to search her vehicle where they found tin foil, toilet bowl cleaner, and latex gloves.

Benjamin Hilton and Celeste Tebow were taken into custody and booked into the Gregg County Jail.

Miller's donation of 7,500 dollars, will go to help the lions cover that cost. "Keith Miller's been a big sponsor of John Tyler High School football program for years now.  I know it's...More >>
