GUANGZHOU CITY, CHINA (CCTV/CNN) - New watches made in the Netherlands may look like just time tellers, but they're more smartphone than watch.

The novel, colorful hybrid gadgets made their first appearance in China at the ongoing Guangzhou Fair in Southern China, attracting many curious visitors.

The 3G watch phones boast regular features of smartphones - WiFi, high-definition cameras and even Global Positioning (GPS).

The Dutch exhibitor said they were offering preferential prices at the fair, with the lowest at RMB 500, while the unified global prices ranged from $150 to $400, depending on different models.

The Guangzhou Fair is the largest trade fair in China, and is held in the spring and fall each year since 1957 in the province of Guangdong.
