In The Kitchen: Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet Potato Casserole

Note: Bake enough sweet potatoes to yield 3 cups.
Stir in 1/2 cup of brown sugar
Stir in 1 cup of sugar
1 stick melted butter

In a separate bowl:

1/2 cup of condensed milk
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Add to sweet potato mixture and stir well.

Sprinkle :
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of flour
2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes
