LUFKIN, TX (KLTV) - A Lufkin man accused of heading up a three-member meth conspiracy case is scheduled for a plea hearing on October 3.

David Arthur Dunman Jr., 52, is accused in a 66-count federal grand jury indictment, alleging he manufactured meth from his home.

Dunman's attorney, Al Charanza, said Dunman has agreed to plead guilty to two of the counts.

Dunman's co-conspirators, Crystal Leann Keisler, 23, and Deana Sunshine Turner, 35, are set for plea hearings beginning at noon.

In court documents filed on Wednesday, it appears each of the women will plead guilty to one count each.

The indictment alleges the three would purchase pseudeophedrine from various pharmacies in East Texas to allow Dunman to cook the meth to sell.
